Bedford Montessori School educates children ages 3-6 using the Montessori method. Our purpose is to cultivate your child's natural desire to learn through a balanced social and educational program which builds on his or her interests, aptitude and skill.
Our vision is to create a community for young children and their families to feel at home in the learning environment. We value the small school feel and maintain an intimate center to be able to ensure that every child’s needs will be valued and supported.
In 1984, Gail Bannon opened our school to provide an educational experience unlike any that existed in New Hampshire at the time. Among the first generation of students was Jessica Friedenberg Ozner. Now the director and owner, Jessica is teaching the second generation of children.
